Works brilliantly. It feels a bit restrictive at first, particularly around your upper body, but after a few minutes you’ll get used to it and find that it is actually helping you stand up straighter. I use this brace for about an hour per day, to help condition my back muscles. I’ve also noticed recently that even when not wearing the brace, my posture is significantly better than before. I can feel myself walking upright and that has inspired a surprising amount of confidence. It is amazing how such a simple device could make such an impact. Highly recommend this device to anyone interested in improving their posture.

After a few weeks use this seems to be helping both pain and posture. It is easy to put on by oneself and easy to adjust when worn. The fabric used is well stitched and I had no irritation or rub marks. The fit was snug but comfortable and it did not impede day to day tasks at all. a useful aid and a reminder of how important good posture is.

I wear mine for about an half hour at a time when at the computer. Previously I tended to lean over the screen, now I sit straight and move the screen to suit.i can if worn for to long rub under the arms

This brace is truly amazing. In my short time wearing it, it has already begun to correct years of bad posture. Provides great support, and when my back is feeling particularly sore, I can put this on this brace for instant relief. I no longer slouch when sitting at a desk or in class. It’s not very suitable for exercising in, but it’s not meant to be so it’s fine. The shoulder straps take some getting used to at first, but after a while you’ll barely even notice them anymore. 10/10 product, great value for money.

I sit a lot in university, at work and in the evening at home at my desk. I have noticed the longer I sit the more I slouch. I am currently not doing a lot of sports and I wanted to do something to help with my posture while sitting. This has helped so much and my whole back feels supported, not just my shoulders.
